Tour of Boom
Location: Decks 4 and 5
In emergencies it may become necessary to eject the Bridge section and escape at impulse speeds. This is done by firing the Boom Separation Charges placed at the midway point, where the Boom meets the main body. Once the boom has been separated the command section runs on Battery power and anything it can spare from it's very small impulse drives.
Crew quarters are located at the along the extension of this corridor, Deck 4, in the main body of the ship, Captain and XO's quarters first, then crew quarters after that. Deck 5 contains the Torpedo Magazine room and an access corridor where spare parts are stored.
