We all know there are times that it is important to extract information from a prisoner. We all now that fear is a great motivator. We all know that pain is scary. So, imagine a room, designed by Klingons, for the sole purpose of inflicting fear and pain onto a victim till s/he tells you everything you want to hear. That is the Interrogation Room. It is run by the Interrogation Officer. On the IKC FHew that is HIchop, based solely on his ability to keep prisoners alive the longest.
